Q:What's your MOQ?

A: For wholesale order, we require 50pcs per order, 5pcs per color. If you can not meet MOQ, please contact us, we can discuss to recommend you the brands accordingly

Q:Can I get some samples before make mass order ? It's for free?

We support samples and the shipping cost depends on which area you are.Sample fee is refundable if we can reach an mass order for near future.

Q:What's the delivery time?

A: Normally, In stock watches can be shipped within 3-7 days. Customized watch bulk orders take 75 days.

Q:What's your packing?

A: We offer gift box options for our customers.But please notice it will take extra charge for it.

Q: Can you accept OEM/ODM customization?

A: Sure, We specialize in supporting OEM&ODM customization of watches. our professional design team will provide the best design drawing before sampling or order. When you need an artwork, just let us know.

Q:What about the warranty?

A: We have own QC department. All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us. immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the watches.

Q:Can you ship to my country? How long will the shipment take?

A: Sure, we ship goods worldwide by DHL / TNT/ UPS / EMS/ FedEx / Aramex, etc. It would take about 3-7 days depend on different courier you choose. The shipping cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
